Appointments
Consultations are available either on a walk-in basis or by appointment. Consltations outside regular office hours are available by prior arrangement.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 12:30, 14:30 to 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 12:30.
We are closed on Sundays and National Holidays.

Registration forms may be downloaded, printed and filled out in advance and brought to your consultation if desired. For those looking for travel related medical services, please use the Travel Medicine Questionnaire. Faxing this form to us ahead of your visit will facilitate our efforts to provide the most appropriate pre-travel advice.
